WORKFLOW OPTIONS Ltd strongly recommends that for “mission critical” systems all File Servers, Network Switches, and RAID units have at least dual power supplies, and connect to power supply via a UPS. Furthermore, that a suitable back-up strategy has been implemented involving daily back-ups of the complete on-line RAID storage, with a full backup taken offsite daily.
If quotations are provided to the customer without any of the aforementioned components, it is done so at the request of the customer and in the understanding that the customer is fully aware of the potential consequences of not implementing a suitably robust system.
All Workflow Options products are commissioned & manufactured by PLC Intel OEMs and are thus covered by a three-year NBD or RTB warranty AS stated. Ex-demo server or peripheral equipment is backed by a 1 year return to base cover. On-site warranty coverage for systems based in the UK (inc Northern Ireland). European warranties are optional and are quoted for separately.
Please note that next business day service is subject to the availability of parts. The 4-hour response is not a guaranteed fix. Fix times are subject to the availability of spares on-site and the nature of the problem. The warranty is not a guaranteed fix. It is advisable that spares are held on site to guarantee service.

Software carries a 90day telephone support warranty unless otherwise specified. E & OE. All prices exclude delivery and VAT; discounted prices are valid for 14 days only.
Due to the complexity of the work undertaken in proposals – it will be agreed that should a specific area of this solution prove problematic to implement – a reasonable workaround will have to be accepted by the client, alternatively, it will be dealt with in relation to its specific discounted value and will not be accepted as grounds for delaying payment on the complete solution.
Please note that installation and training is based on unrestricted access to the client network and systems. Responsibility of client data & overnight copying of data from Existing to New Server is down to client.
Additional days on-site outside those outlined above will be charged at the special reduced rate of £395 per day in relation to this implementation only.
This quotation and any work carried out on-site in relation to the above are subject to our standard company terms & conditions. Copy available on request. Please note that Workflow Options Ltd carries out work on behalf of our customers on the understanding that the client is responsible for Insuring such work and specifically their own Server Room HW & Electronic client Data against data loss.
Workflow Options Ltd will not accept any claim for data loss, resulting from work carried out to Mid-range or Hi-end Servers on-site, or remotely on behalf of our customers and at their request. Successful Data backup strategies remain the full responsibility of the client and Workflow Options will not accept any liability for client data loss. Data Backup to tape should be periodically tested via retrieval to ensure data integrity.
The party to whom this proposal is addressed may copy the same for the purpose of enabling it to consider the proposal. Disclosure to any third party, competitor or for those purely intent to pass onto a 3rd party or for the purpose of 3r party price comparison is, however, expressly forbidden.
All Workflow Options quotations or documents issued to our clients contain information, time and money saving strategies, specially negotiated end user discounts, knowledge and expertise born from time invested directly with our clients which is proprietary to Workflow Options Ltd and explicitly for the benefit of our End user customers only.
We reserve the right to prosecute those parties where it comes to our attention that another supplier or one of our channel suppliers has received detail that can only be from Workflow options intellectual property or originated documents.
