Before we quote Workflow Options alongside key partners carry out key on-site IT surveys liaising with in-house staff including: Inventory, existing snag list, Data analysis, Target Productivity, requirement lists by department, Management Objectives, ROI models, data handling & workflow reports, etc.
This essential information is collected by us and our suppliers and used every step of the way from system design through to complete project management; all to ensure systems requirements can be captured, documented and met upon installation.
Collaborative Design & Proposal process:
In the proposal process we insist on carrying out in-house testing, that our clients do visit existing reference sites, and especially that our clients take up any on-site trial options to test drive new technology so that they can appraise proposed IT productivity gains for themselves driven by their own applications.
Staging:
We build, test and optimise Hewlett Packard & Dell as our preferred hardware of choice and if necessary we can also provide bespoke & custom build to order systems via Certified Configuration with Fujitsu Siemens and Supermicro. Either way we ensure we deliver highly optimised configurations that give our customers an edge. With an emphasis on pre-installation planning, complete data back-up and roll-back options prior to switch over, optional out of hours and weekend working we ensure smooth deployment.
All Hewlett Packard systems are covered by an enhanced 5 year after-sales support service across the board. Starting with the hardware manufacturer complemented by telephone support with ourselves plus our preferred partners this provides a real safety net, guarantees continuity of service and a robust collaborative support regime for our clients.
On-site Spares:
On-site spares are offered to enhance on-site support and recovery options including Backup Server HW to allows our clients to switch over to continue working whilst faults can be diagnosed without further disruption to production. These cost effective spares packages allow our customers to get full return from their server investments with many continuing to use larger on-site ServerFARM investments well beyond 5 years if required; allowing them to operate their business more smoothly and profitably or to upgrade other key client facing areas of the business more frequently.
Off-site Backup:
We partner with Jigsaw, Signpost Systems & Managed Communications to provide a range of managed automated daily off-site data backup regimes to secure data. Client data in the datacentre is then also backed up across multiple locations.
Fixed / Capped Pricing philosophy:
Finally we offer fixed / capped prices for all our services, consultancy, troubleshooting, repair and installation schedules so our customers know exactly how much their solution will cost them.
